| These guidelines are designed to assist you in the submissions of your Item Files. (Item Files are a combination of an image and it's description including prices and shipping weight.) Using these guidelines will assure accurate presentation of your product. In some cases your product may be a special order items, in which case, please refer to the item 4 below. Should your particular product require other special consideration, please contact Admin@craftersplus.com. We will work with you! |
1) Submit your images in jpg or jpeg format no larger than 640 X 480. (please refer to Resize Images below) Should you NOT be able to resize your images, we can resize them for you. a) Example: Simply setting your camera to 2-3mp will present a picture that usually will not need to be resized and will offer an acceptable image on the internet. 2) Submit an accurate description for each image. Please spell check your descriptions. 3) When submitting descriptions, please title them to match the title you want listed for those items and the images they represent. 4) Descriptions must contain AT LEAST the following information. a) Item Name. (Item Name should be the same as the image name) b) Item # OR we will assign a unique number for you. c) Item measurements and related information about the item. d) Shipping weight. (Shipping weight is a total of the Item weight plus the packaging weight.) If you choose to offer free shipping, but want shipping to be added to the item price please calculate it into your list price before sending your Item descriptions. e) Item list price. f) If your Item is a Set, please indicate how many pieces to the set. 5) Other Information that might be added are as follows: a) If an Item is a Special Order Item the description MUST state that it is a Special Order Item AND the approximate shipping date. (A Special Order Item is any item that is not currently in stock OR that can not be shipped within 2 business days from a processed order. For a complete explanation of what a special order item is, please refer to How Does This Work) Resize Images If you send images larger then 640 x 480, please limit them to no more then 4-5 images and their descriptions per email and send them to Admin@craftersplus.com. We can resize them for you. Please allow additional time for resizing, usually 2 additional business days. Technical Assistance If you may need assistance in e-mailing or sizing your images.
