Code Of Conduct
1. Eligibility Criteria for Membership

To be eligible for participation on CraftersPlus.com Web Site, You may sell handcrafted items on a page(s) that will
be known as "Your Store" with your name/store name, skill crafted items on pages known within
"The Artisan
Corner
", antique or collectible items on pages known within "The Attic",  

You may run special sales or discounts on your items listed on Your "Store" page.

Items deemed inappropriate are: firearms, counterfeit, stolen, illegal or fraudulent, obscene or containing
pornography, defamatory or trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing, infringements of copyright or
other proprietary rights, or containing viruses, Trojan horses or other computer programing routines that may
damage or interfere with services.

2. Communications

You agree to act with integrity and honesty and to provide courteous and fair service to all CraftersPlus.com
Customers and Members. You will not employ disrespectful or inappropriate tone, language or behavior to
CraftersPlus Customers or Members.

We reserve the right to communicate to all Members, via email/phone regarding any/all changes in service or item
that may effect any/all of the Customers or Members of the CraftersPlus.com community.

3. Contact Information and Terms of Sale

You will supply a valid e-mail address for public use that will be displayed on Your Store page(s) and/or in the
Who We Are pages.

Any terms of sale different than those stated in all the related pages of this Web Site will be clearly stated within
Your "Store" pages or within Your Item Descriptions and be visible to Customers using this Web Site.  Please
review the current Return, Shipping and Handling
 Policies.   Please contact CraftersPlus.com for insertion.  These
terms will be listed with Your Items and may be amended only with agreement by both You and the Customer prior
to the completion of the sale.

4. Item Description and Listing Requirements

The following types of information are Not permitted in Item descriptions:
(a) Information that is defamatory to anyone.
(b) Pornographic, racist or other references which CraftersPlus.com deems offensive or that
may be reasonably deemed offensive.
(c) Terms of Sale Information such as shipping & handling information without prior approval. (Shipping &
Handling information will be in the
Policy Page and Customer Ordering Info page.)

Items that are listed for sale are required to include the following:
(a) Complete item description using terminology that is generally understood by the public.
(b) Price of Item in US dollars.  Items will be sold at the price stated in the description and not
held for higher price or auctioned off.
(c) A photo (digital image sized to 640 x 480) that accurately represents the Item offered for sale.  Most photos are
acceptable.  (You will be notified if your photo is not acceptable.)

You will not knowingly sell or attempt to sell stolen items.  Should a dispute arise over the title of an item between
You and the Customer, You will offer a full refund to the Customer if there is any reasonable doubt over clear
title, as decided by CraftersPlus.com, acting reasonably.

You will make every effort to prevent the theft or distribution of stolen items, and shall co-operate with law
enforcement official and with CraftersPlus.com in the effort to recover and return stolen items, and to apprehend
and prosecute those responsible for theft.

You will be responsible for keeping track of Your Inventory.  You will send update E-mails to
Update@craftersplus.com to have sold Items removed from sale where inventory is exhausted. (This will be
extremely necessary, especially, where one of a kind items are sold.)

Should you have a "Temporary Stock Depletion", You will notify CraftersPlus.com and direct Us to either take the
item off Your page or to have it clearly marked when saleability/shipment can be made.

We reserve the right to filter or not list any Item at Our sole discretion.

5. Customer Service

You will be expected to respond to Customer Orders or Inquiries or any follow up communication within a
reasonable time period, e.g. Two (2)  Business days.  

If you are unable to respond to Customer orders, inquiries, or follow-ups within the two (2) business day
requirement, You will notify CraftersPlus.com to have Your Store page or Item Files put on a "Vacation Hold".
(Refer to the
Vacation Hold section).  We will be maintaining Your account and Item Files even while You are on a
Vacation Hold, therefore the appropriate fees due Us still apply.

6. Shipping Orders To Customers

Once an order is received, You will ship that order in accordance with the shipping matrix that was selected by the
customer.  (Refer to Shipping Matrix section of the
Customer Ordering Info page)

If the Item being shipped is NOT a Special Order Item, You will ship the Item no later than two (2) business days
from the date on which You:
(a) Receive payment on a sale where the payment was processed by You, or
(b) Have accepted a sale where CraftersPlus.com has processed the order and the payment.

Special Order Items may take longer for shipment.  On Special Order Items sales you will be required to:
(a) Determine a fair and reasonable shipping date, and
(b) Communicate shipping date to the customer and to CraftersPlus.com, and
(c) Be sure your Item File description reflects that the item is a Special Order item and that longer shipping time is
required.

You may include "come back incentives" and "sale fliers" in your packaging.   

You will be responsible for all handling, packaging and shipping materials and will make every reasonable effort to
ensure that Items are received in the condition they were ordered and that they are shipped in a professional and
business-like manner.

We recommend that you ship using some form of tracking program or proof of delivery service, such as Delivery
Confirmation.

Ownership of the Item changes from You to that of the Customer on shipment.  You will make every reasonable
effort to ensure that Items shipped will be received within the time frame specified, (as determined by the selection
the customer makes at the time of sale from the Shipping Matrix).   

Delays of more than fifteen (15) calendar days after the expected date has passed are Your responsibility.  Proof of
shipping or delivery confirmation will come in handy here.

For Items in transit or where delivery is significantly delayed, You will be required to provide proof of shipping to
the Customer.  If you are unable to provide proof, You will accept a return and provide a refund for the Item
including original shipping costs.

All shipped packages must have the Members/Sellers complete and current return address.

If Your "Store" has specific policies regarding shipping that are different from those of CraftersPlus.com, You
must notify CraftersPlus.com and have those shipping instructions posted on Your "Store" page.

7. Returns and Refunds

You will be responsible to provide a full refund and accept a return for all Items which are determined to be "not as
described" at the discretion of the Customer and where the return is made within 14 days of receipt of the Item.  
You will notify CraftersPlus.com of an updated Item description that reflects the true and accurate description of
the Item returned before it is re-listed. Please refer to
Policies.

If the Customer considers an Item is "not as described", they may return the Item to You within fourteen (14)
days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price plus the cost of the original shipping and the cost of the
return shipping.

Returns made for reasons other than "not as described", the customer pays for return shipping.

Return Items will be returned using the same shipping method as was originally shipped including original
packaging.

If Your "Store" has specific policies regarding returns that are different than that of CraftersPlus.com, You must
notify CraftersPlus.com and have those return policies posted on Your "Store" page.






CraftersPlus.com seeks quality Members/Sellers who care about Customer Service.  Should the Performance
Standards of any Member/Seller not meet the expectations as listed below, CraftersPlus will assist those
Members/Sellers with improving their performance.  It is Our Mission to help You with Your Mission, to sell Your
Items.

The Return Rate is required to be two percent (2%) or less.  Return rate is figured by the number of Items
returned divided by the number shipped. Calculation for returns will not include those Items returned due to
Customer changing their mind.

The fulfillment rate required is ninety-five percent (95%) or better.  Fulfillment rate is calculated by the number
of Items shipped divided by the number of Items ordered.  

Any continued poor performance for a 90 day period will result in removal from the membership program and the
web site.
